Gooseberry Pachadi :
Goose berry provides remedies for many diseases, so it is widely used in Ayurvedic treatment. Gooseberry is rich in Vitamin C, and contains many minerals and vitamins like Calcium, Phosphorus, Iron, Carotene and Vitamin B Complex. Amla is also a powerful antioxidant agent.
Method to prepare Pachadi:
Wash 7 nos of gooseberry wipe with paper towel.
Remove seeds of Goose berry
grind coarsely with 2 green chillies,
1 teaspoon Salt
Skin peeled Ginger 1 inch piece
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp.
Mix 1/2 cup of yoghurt season with mustard seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves.
Mix with rice and eat .
