Fruit salad: Fruits are nature’s wonderful gift to the mankind

They are an absolute feast to our sight, not just because of their colour and flavour but for their unique nutrition profile that helps the human body free of diseases and stay healthy! Fruits are low in calories and fat and are a source of simple sugars, fibre, and vitamins, which are essential for optimizing our health. Fruits provide plenty of soluble dietary fibre, which helps to ward off cholesterol and fats from the body and to get relief from constipation as well.

Fruit salad is Healthy and milk added in it gives more taste and nutritious,  normally children it is difficult to make them eat fruits, This salad form is a little bit less crunchy and it looks more beautiful tempt children to eat. This can be made from any smooth and seedless fruits. Any 5 type of fruit is good. If not(You can make it with mango banana, dry grapes and apple)

Ingredients: Serves 5 to 7 person
Mango-2
Banana-2
Jack fruit 5 nos seed removed
Apple -2
Strawberry-5nos
Orange-2
Kiwi-1
Grapes to decorate
Sugar-1 cup
Concentrated milk-1 tin
vanilla essence
Saffron
Badam few chopped

Procedure:
1. Cut all the Fruits in an even shape into Small cubes.
sprinkle 3 pinches of salt and toss it so that the colour of the apple and Banana will not be changed, Keep aside.
2. Take a pan pour 1/4 cup of water add sugar heat it until it gets completely dissolved when it starts boiling switch off the stove. Add fruits when the syrup is hot.
3. Add concentrated milk, vanilla, and essence, and mix well Refrigerate for 3 hours.
4. Sprinkle saffron and chopped badam serve chilled. Enjoy the colourful year ahead.
