Beans Masala:

Beans !/4 kg cut in to 1/2 inch pieces

Onion-1 medium chopped
Tomato 1 chopped
Sambar masala powder -1tsp
Salt 1tsp
For Seasoning:
Fennel seeds
Urad dal-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves-1twig
Procedure:
Heat sauce pan one tbsp of oil season with Fennel seeds and urad.
Add curry leaves Saute chopped Onion until brown add chopped Tomato saute well till it cooks .
Now add cut Beans Saute for 2 minutes bring chilli powder salt to mix along with it ,sprinkle some water cook in low flame to become soft without buring.
Serve with plain rice or any type of fried rice like lemon,Tomato ,curd rice etc …
