Cauliflower Soup:

Healthy and tasty soup give a soothing effect on all seasons.

All age group can have this soup healthy and easy for digestion.    This soup we can drink or mix with plain rice alternatively for Rasam. Try this soup, mild and tasty with few lemon drops or coconut milk.

Double purpose soup, If you want only to drink make soup in drained dal boiled water, You want for both then add mashed smooth boiled dal to prepare this delicious soup.

Ingredients: Serving 4 person

Cauliflower florets 1 cup(washed in salt warm water)

Moong dal  smooth boiled 1 tbsp

Smooth boiled Moong dal
Smooth boiled Moong dal

Onion small-1 chopped

Green chilli-1

Tomato -1 small chopped

Curry leaves-1 twig

Coriander chopped 2 tsp

Turmeric powder-2 pinch

Season with, Few to make the taste mild flavoured:

Elaichi(Cardamom)

Cloves-2

Cinnamon-1 inch stick

Fennel seeds -2 pinch

Cumin seeds-2 pinch

Cloves-2

Fennel seeds -2 pinch

Cumin seeds-2 pinch

Preparation:

Boil Moong dal soft and smooth

Add cauliflower Onion, Green chilli, Tomato in 4 1/2 cups of water boil until 3/4th cooked (10 minutes).

Add turmeric powder and salt let it cook for 2 more minutes.

season with the mentioned ingredients with one tsp of oil.

Allow it to boil for 2 minutes.

Serve by adding chopped coriander leaves. (sprinkle some pepper powder).

This can be taken with smooth boiled plain rice.
