Healthy nut bites for sweet lovers and children. I like to share some innovative and healthy bites which provide toothsome taste and plays a good impact on our body.This is a combination of milk, nuts, and coconut, satisfies greatly with a crunchy, creamy and chewy feel.

Each nut variety contains its own unique combination of nutrients and is generally rich in a few nutrients such as:

Milkmaid – 1 cup OR (milk -1/2 cup , milk powder-1/2 cup, sugar 1/2 cup)
Mixed nuts of your interest-1 cup
Dry grapes few
Sooji-3/4 cup (fine rava)
Elaichi powder-1 tsp
Method to prepare:
Take a wide pan thick bottom, add 1 tsp of ghee and brown roast all nuts. Roast coconut till it looses its moisture.
Add one more teaspoon of ghee and fry rava to a golden brown. or until you get a fine roasted aroma.
Grind roasted in a hand mixer to bits and pieces.
Heat pan again and add milkmaid, roasted rava , nuts and 1 tbsp of coconut, stir it well in medium flame till it becomes thick to make balls.
When comes to normal temperature make it into small lemon sized balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
