Chicken clear Soup:
A steaming bowl of chicken soup is a welcome meal on a cold day, but it brings more to the table than just flavour. The hot liquid will help soothe a sore throat and keep nasal passages moist. And a hearty chicken soup packed with vegetables may also ease such cold and flu symptoms as congestion and coughs.

Ingredients:
Chicken -100 gms serves-4 person
Onion-1 chopped
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Salt-1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves-1 twig
Water 3 cups
For Seasoning:
Oil-1 tsp
Cinnamon-1/2 inch stick
Cloves-2 nos
Elaichi-1 no
Method:
Add all together in cooker and cook for 2 whistle.
Allow it to normal temperature drain soup in to a bowl ,take chicken pieces and remove bones from it.
Cut in to small pieces add to the soup.
Heat pan with one teaspoon of oil season with cloves,Elaichi and cinnamon or a pinch of garam masala powder is fine.
Add Curry leaves and chopped green chilli saute well till light brown and add soup in to it.
Let it boil for 3 minutes add celery leaves and parsley.
If you prefer beaten white yolks can be added while boiling after seasoning.
