Mixed vegetable Raitha:

Salads are a mixture containing specified ingredients served with different type of dressing according to our taste and climate.Dressings can be sauces, oil.fresh cream mayonnaise or as simple and healthy lemon juice and yoghurt.

This Raitha can be served with Biryani or any variety rice.

 

 

Capsicum-1 small

Cucumber-1 no

Onion-1 optional if you use lemon avoid onion

Carrot-1/2

Tomato-1/2

Lemon juice 1tsp or Curd-2 to 3 tbsp

Chop all vegetables in equal size

Mix all ingredients together with salt  and lemon or Yoghurt.
