Ginger salad for Digestion

Ginger is very good for digestion  it controls cholesterol level, helps to reduce weight it can be used as dry Ginger,ginger oil and fresh ginger it has lot of medicinal values.A simple recipe to have as such is salad.

Ingredients:

Ginger-50 gms( Mango ginger also can be used)

Lemon-1

Salt-1 tsp

Oil-1 tsp

Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp

Cumin seeds-1/4 tsp

Method:

Clean and peel skin, grate ginger.

Take a bowl add grated ginger,Salt and one big lemon juice mix with Salt keep aside.

Heat oil season with mustard and cumin seeds add curry leaves,mix it with ginger mix.

Allow it to stay for 4 hours and use for better taste.

Note:Grated apple also can be added with this for immediate use.
