Smooth and spicy garvy: This is easy to prepare and unique in taste, Specially no seasoning item is used in this gravy. Preparation is different from other gravies because paste and powders are used here to enhance the taste and smoothness matches with all type of main dishes.The same recipe can be followed for Mushroom gravy.
Curry leaves -2 twigs
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Chilli powder or paste-1tbsp
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Oil -1 tbsp
Coriander chopped 2tsp
Tomato big size-1
Grind all separately and Ginger Garlic together.
Method to prepare:
1.In a wide pan add chicken pieces ,1 tsp of salt ,turmeric powder,Chilli powder or paste and Garam masala powder mix well and keep aside for few minutes no need to marinate for hours.
2.. Heat pan with 1 tbsp of oil Add Curry leaves and ginger garlic paste saute until raw smell changes.
3..Add Onion paste and 1/2 tsp of Salt and mix well, salt is added here to ooze out water from it so that it will not get burnt .
4. Add Tomato paste saute altogether for 5 minutes in medium flame.
5,Add masala mixed chicken pieces with gravy pour 1 cup of water close and cook chicken for 15 to 20 minutes.
6. Sprinkle chopped Coriander and serve, Yes!!!!!! Nice aroma good combination with all type of main dishes like White rice, Pulao, Roties etc…..
