King Fish fry:

Do you like to have  spicy and tangy fish ? You can try this recipe

Ingredients:

King fish-5 pcs(thin  sliced)

Ginger Gaerlic paste 1tsp

Red Chilli paste 1tbsp

Lemon juice -1/2 tsp

curd-1tsp

Pepper powder-1/4 tsp

Turmeric powder

Salt-1tsp

Corn flour-1tbsp (masala to get coated with fish)

Method:

Make all the above ingredients as paste apply on both the sides of fish fully coated set for 2hours.

Shallow fry fish in non-stick pan one at a time until both sides half roasted.

Add few drops of lemon on top of it.

Serve this  with plain rice rasam or sambar.
