Snake Guard (Pudalangai Thovattal):
Ingredients Snake guard -1,Chopped thin


Salt -1tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Moong dal boiled-2tbsp
Coconut grated-1tbsp
Seasoning:
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Red chilli dry-2nos
curry leaves 1 twig
Method to prepare :
Take a bowl add chopped Snake guard,salt and turmeric powder mix well and set aside for 10 minutes
Heat oil in a kadai season with red chilli and mustard.
Add curry leaves and add mixed snake guard saute well cook untill gets soft in slow flame.
Finally add boiled dal mix it ,add coconut and switch off the stove.
Pudalangai Thovattal is ready to serve.
