CAULIFLOWER PEPPER STIR FRY:
Nowadays in most of the families, both are working to keep them self-active and busy. Cooking is also an essential work for Ladies in the morning, In this case, I want to give you an easy,healthy,time-saving and interesting recipes for making your lunch box delicious. Fresh made pepper powder will enhance the flavour of this dish.
INGREDIENTS: ( Serves 3)
CAULIFLOWER -1 (MEDIUM SIZE)
ONION -1
GREEN CHILLI-2
BLACK PEPPER 3/4 TSP
CUMIN SEEDS 1/2 TSP( make this two into powder)
SALT TO TASTE
OIL 1 TBSP
Fresh pepper powder for vegetables: Dry roast pepper 1 tsp, cumin 1 tsp and urad dal 2 tsp, coarsely powder it .
METHOD:
1.Wash the cauliflower and cut them into small florets.(You can steam cook for three minutes to maintain white colour,saves time too.)

2.Chop the Green chilli , onions into thin slices Sauté for a while sauté till they become translucent add curry leaves now.
3.Add cauliflower and add salt to it.
Sprinkle little water and cook the florets until it becomes soft, if you did not steam cook.
4.Finally, add pepper powder toss it and pack in your lunch box once cool down.
