Instant Tomato Kosu/Thakkali Kosu:

Ingredients to Prepare Thakkali Kosu:(serves 3 to 4 person)
Tomato-2 nos
Onion-1 big
Salt-1 1/2 tsp
Green chillies-5 to 7 nos
Curry leaves-1 twig
Gram flour or Idly batter-1 tsp as thickening agent
To Temper:
Oil-2 tsp
Mustard-1 ts
Urad dal-1 tsp
Method is so simple only 4 steps to follow:
1.Heat pan with oil season it with above “To Temper” Ingredients.
2.Add chopped Onion and curry leaves saute well.
3.Mix chopped Tomatoes,Salt and green chillies,saute well until it becomes mushy.
4.Add 1 tsp of idly batter or gram flour in 2 cups of water,mix in the sautéed ingredients, allow it to boil for 3 to 5 minutes in low flame.transfer it to serving dish,Sprinkle coriander leaves if you prefer.

Serve with Hot and spongy Idlies or any type of Dosa.
Note:
Kosu will not be too thick or too much watery,so one heap tsp of batter is more than enough.
