Corn Salad-Healthy recipe

Corn salad:

 

Making one simple change to your diet – adding a salad almost every day can pay off with plenty of health benefits.moreover,  salads are cool, crunchy, and fun to eat (lots of textures, colours, and flavours). Most people enjoy eating salads–even kids!  Eating a high-fibre diet can help lower cholesterol levels and prevent constipation.

Ingredients:

Corn Kennels 1/2 cup

Cucumber-1

Capsicum 1/2

Lettuce-chopped 1/2 cup

Tomato 1 small or half or cherries

Pepper- 2 pinch

Salt -1/4 tsp

Sour cream or Mayonise

Lemon juice-1/4 tsp 8 drops

1.Chop all the vegetables lengthwise as much thin as you can.

2.Cook corn kennels.

3.Take a wide bowl mix  all with salt pepper Mayonnaise and lemon juice.

Its ready to serve proudly.
