Salmon Fish Fry:

A patty made with 3 ounces of pink salmon supplies about 300 milligrams of potassium.

Salmon- 1/2 kilo
Salt- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Chilli paste -3 tsp
Pepper-1/4 tsp
Garlic powder-1/4 tsp

Corn flour-1tsp


Method to prepare :

Wash fish pieces carefully.

Marinate with all mentioned ingredients keep aside for 2 hours.images (78)

Heat pan with 1tbsp of oil fry in low flame.

Turn other side to do the same,fry crispy surface ,serve with onion rings and lemon slizes.
