Ready Soup Mix:
Instant soup mix, healthy and easy to make in pre-hand, store it in a clean container that holds the aroma. Ingredients and Method to follow:
Cumin seeds-1 tbsp
Fennel Seeds-1 tbsp
Cinnamon-1 inch stick
Toor dal- 3 tbsp
Slightly roast and grind to a smooth powder store and use for a month
When to add this mix on preparation?
Boil a green chili, tomato half and onion, 2 garlic pods or a small piece of ginger cook for 3 whistles.
Mash it well strain it by adding 2 cups of water, add any boiled vegetable. Here, time to add 1 tablespoon of this soup mix and salt. This will give nice aroma and help as thickening agent to the soup allow it to boil for a minute.
Finally add half teaspoon of butter and chopped coriander leaves and serve.
