Rose essence -6 drops
Elaichi and Badam can be added, up to your preferrence
I used store bought essence this can be prepared at home also.
Boil milk, add sugar stir it well.
If you are adding elaichi and Badam powder add at this stage and bring it to single boil, allow it to cool completely.
Add rose essence and stir it again cool it in the refrigerator for 2 hours and serve.
Add a scoop of Vanilla ice cream, beat in a mixer to make rose milk shake.

Method to Prepare Coffee:
Boil water 2 cups, add 1 tbsp of Palm jaggery, allow it to boil for 3 minutes.
Filter it and add 3/4 tsp of instant coffee powder or 1 tbsp of Coffee decoction.
Dry ginger, cardamom or fresh Ginger can be added if you prefer to enhance the taste of serving.
