Lemon Juice, of course, everyone knows the method to prepare but here I want to give you the special ingredients to mix and drink which enhances the taste and immunity. Beat the heat with easily available ingredients at home a small change made here to enjoy the taste of honey and ginger few drops.
Ingredients: 2 cups to serve
Lemon-1 extract Juice
Ginger/Mint leaves, finely grated or few drops of its extract is also fine
Salt a pinch
Add sugar if you prefer to add, but I have not added.
Sabja seeds-1/2 tsp, It will get soaked in not more than 5 minutes. (Seed we get from the plant Tulsi variety, which is very good to have during summer season normally this seed is added in Falooda)
Water- 2 glasses
Mix all stir well, filter and add soaked sabja seeds and serve. Wonderful to enjoy the aroma and flavour. It holds many health benefits on the ingredients we are adding into it Lemon, ginger, honey and Sabja seeds.
