Varagu arisi kanji/Kodo millet porridge:

Kodo millet-1 cup
Coconut milk thick one cup and dilute two cups
Methi seeds-1 heap tsp
Garlic 7 to 9 pods
1. Wash and soak millet and methi seeds for 20 minutes.
2. Pressure cook this for 3 whistles in low flame, add garlic cook for 3 more minutes.
3. Mash it to a smooth consistency and add coconut milk when the kanji (porridge) is hot, no need to boil after adding coconut milk.
